CSRD/ESRS (ESRS 1, 2, E1–E5, S1–S4, G1 with the full EFRAG datapoint catalog), GRI Universal + Topic Standards, IFRS S1 and S2, TCFD, SASB cross-references, and the GHG Protocol for Scopes 1, 2, and 3. Federal contractors also get EO 14030 mapping.
Yes. The emissions engine covers all 15 GHG Protocol Scope 3 categories with a seeded factor library (DEFRA, EPA eGRID, IPCC AR6, GLEC). Activities are stored in an auditable ledger with automatic kgCO₂e calculation from quantity × emission factor.
You prepare disclosure-grade content in the platform and export structured reports. Regulator-specific filing (e.g. XBRL for CSRD) is on the roadmap; today the exports are used as the reviewer-ready input to your filing workflow.
Consultants deliver a one-off report. Symbiosis is the system of record - the same data, evidence, and framework mappings persist year over year, so the second report costs a fraction of the first and audit trails accumulate.
Most organizations reach a first readiness snapshot in under two weeks. The platform ships with pre-seeded frameworks and emission factors so you start with the schema already in place; onboarding time is mostly your team gathering source documents.
Evidence documents are stored in a private object-storage bucket scoped to your organization. Every file is versioned and can be superseded but never silently overwritten.
Yes. Roles are contributor, reviewer, and admin, all scoped to your organization. Only org admins can grant or revoke roles, and no user can modify their own role.
Every table is protected by row-level security scoped to your organization ID, so users in one workspace cannot read or write another workspace's data even at the database layer.
Platform-admin functions are gated by a separate allow-list; regular admins are scoped to their own organization only. Internal security-definer helper functions are not exposed through the public API.
No. Your ESG data, evidence, and disclosures belong to your organization and are never shared with third parties or used to train external models.
Subscriptions are billed by organization on monthly or annual terms via Stripe. Trials are available so you can evaluate the platform against your actual disclosures before committing.
Yes - plan changes and cancellations are self-service in Settings → Billing. Data is retained through the end of the billing period.
